Warranty Policy

We work hard to provide our customers with reliable, high-quality vaping products. Every device we sell is tested for performance and safety before it reaches you. In rare cases, a product may have a manufacturing defect. If that happens, here’s how we handle it.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase for end users.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and follows the principle of repair or replacement.

If You Find a Defect

-          Register your Claim on our website after receiving it. This helps us verify warranty coverage quickly.

-          If a defect occurs within the warranty period and it meets our warranty conditions, we will:

Repair the device if possible.

Replace the device if it cannot be repaired.

-          We aim to respond to warranty requests within 14 working days. Once approved, replacements are shipped within 15 days from confirmation.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

-          Consumable parts such as coils, pod cartridges, O-rings, glass components, and drip tips.

-          Damage from normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, minor scratches, fading).

-          Damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

-          Products not purchased from our website.

-          Consumable products that arrive with a defect but have been opened or used. If you receive a defective consumable item, it must be returned unopened and unused.
