Standard shipping within Egypt is already included in the listed prices—no extra cost. If you choose same-day delivery in Cairo, a flat fee of 100 EGP applies.

- Cairo: Orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days.
- Other governorates: Delivery generally takes around 7 days.
- Same-day delivery in selected areas in Cairo (for orders placed before 12:00 PM) ensures delivery between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM the same day.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include proof of purchase. Yes — we provide a 180-day (6-month) warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty comes into effect once you register your devices after purchase. Depending on the assessment, we will either repair or replace the product.

- Submit your full name, contact details, the device’s serial number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the defect.
- We aim to respond within 14 working days, and if approved, the replacement is shipped within 15 days of confirmation.
